About me…

Hi, I’m Jenny!

My love and passion for health + fitness developed over 20 years ago as an overweight teen. My diet consisted of potatoes and pasta which affected my mental and physical health. My aunt, who I am very close with and saw my struggles, taught me how to eat a more balanced meal and got me moving. I was hooked and realized that being healthy had a profound effect on my life.

My love of fitness developed in the boxing ring and as I became stronger I progressed to running and strength training. In my early 20’s I was introduced to CrossFit by my best friend, which reinforced eating  balanced meals and making me a better athlete. Today I pull from my past experiences and work on my endurance and specialize in Calisthenics and high intensity workouts.

I grew up on the water, which spawned my love for offshore fishing, boating, and any type of water sport. I also love working on cars and drag racing my HellCat at the track.

I am driven, passionate and outgoing, and believe that you can do anything you set your mind to as long as you stay consistent. I’m walking proof of that.
